“I thank God for every ticking of each of the clocks in my life, because they have made me an unstoppable woman full of dreams to pursue. On this trip, called 2019, my suitcase is filled with thousands of things to be thankful for. First, there is my Mother who will visit me this year, almost four years without seeing each other. I also appreciate that, this year, I graduated from my UIC, which is truly my second home, and to which I owe so much. For example, the honor of meeting such a wonderful person as Professor Rose, my lovely Heydi, Ana, Ruby, Sandra, and the Moyano Family. I am thankful for my husband and family who are the engine that moves me forward. As I said, the list is long, and the best way to live in gratitude is working hard, doing my best, having fun, and smiling every minute of each day.” Sandra Agudelo
