Angelica Moyano, was born in Bogota, Colombia where she lived for 20 years. In 1999, she moved with her family to South Florida, USA. Moyano has a Bachelor degree in Business Management, with a minor in Marketing from Saint Thomas University, and a Master degree in Higher Education Management from Barry University.

Moyano has been working at United International College (UIC) in Miramar, FL since 2002 and has served as the Academic Director of UIC since 2004. Her leadership skills have been crucial in the development of the institution. In 2013 and 2016, she led the institution toward its national accreditation with ACICS and successfully earned accreditation for UIC.

Her inherited love for education keeps the organization moving forward and growing. Moyano has a great relationship with the professors and leads the faculty team with great pride. The academic programs at UIC are constantly improved upon and, together with faculty; Moyano makes sure that students are always receiving high-quality, progressive education. She is one of the members of the board of trustees of United International College.
